Website enquiries: your name, work email, phone number, company, team size, industry and any message you send us through our demo or contact forms.

Platform data: information your organisation chooses to store in LEMAI, including lead and customer records, call logs, notes and files uploaded by your users.

Technical data: log information such as IP address, browser type, device details and pages visited, used for security and service reliability.

To respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations and share proposals.

To provide, support, secure and improve the LEMAI CRM platform for your organisation.

To meet legal, accounting and contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your platform data to train models for other customers.

For data stored inside the platform, your organisation is the data controller and we act as a processor on your instructions. Access inside your account is governed by the roles, hierarchy and data-privacy settings your administrators configure.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the platform — for example cloud hosting, communication gateways for email, SMS and WhatsApp, and telephony providers you choose to connect. Each is bound by confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We use encryption in transit, role-based access control, hierarchy-based visibility, audit logging and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, so we also work with customers on user-level access hygiene during onboarding.

Enquiry data is retained while we are in active discussion and for a reasonable period afterwards. Platform data is retained for the term of your subscription and deleted or returned after termination, subject to your written instructions and applicable law.

You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of the personal information we hold about you by writing to info@lemaicrm.com. If your data sits inside a customer's LEMAI account, we will refer your request to that organisation.
