Terms of service

These terms govern your use of LEMAI CRM, supplied by InfozIT Solution, part of Infomark Labs Private Limited. By subscribing to or using the platform, your organisation accepts these terms.

The enterprise white-label licence is an annual licence covering unlimited users and unlimited leads for a single organisation, including branded web and mobile applications.

Per-user plans are billed yearly based on the number of licensed users, with a minimum of eleven users. Adding users mid-term is charged pro rata for the remainder of the term.

All fees are quoted exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes.

Fees are payable in advance for the subscription term as set out in your proposal or invoice. Subscriptions renew for a further term unless either party gives written notice before the renewal date.

We may suspend access where invoices remain unpaid after written reminders.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of data your users enter, for obtaining any consents needed to contact your leads, and for keeping login credentials secure.

You must comply with applicable telecom, marketing and data-protection regulations when sending calls, SMS, email or WhatsApp messages through the platform.

The platform may not be used to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited bulk communications, to reverse engineer the software, to resell access without a written agreement, or to attempt to disrupt platform security or availability.

All rights in the platform, including software, interfaces and documentation, remain with InfozIT Solution and Infomark Labs Private Limited. White-label rights permit you to present the application under your brand; they do not transfer ownership of the underlying software.

Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over the records your organisation stores in the platform.

We aim for high platform availability and carry out planned maintenance with advance notice where practical. Support channels and response targets depend on your plan.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid by you for the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.

Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured after written notice. On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.
